Age | 24 | With the most difficult to remember name (just to be clear, in crazy Polish Gosia is short for Malgosia, that is short for Malgorzata:), Gosia joins the team this year full of motivation and committed to improving her technical skills and fitness. She started playing basketball at elementary school but did not experience proper rivalry until she was in high school. She competed in an inter-school league, her team coming third place two years running. Gosia also held a referee licence for three seasons, refereeing male and female games in local leagues. After a hiatus of a few years (spent on other hobbies like photography, travelling and coxing as well as gaining professional experience and generally being a nerd:), Gosia is ready to contribute to the season, and will try not to break any more noses. | |
